There are several different page options to send home with your students to create your class cookbook. Choose which fits your class the best. I’ve included each page in a lined version along with a handwriting lined version.

After the recipes have been returned from the students, make copies and help the students create a book of their own to take home and share with their families. It makes a great parent gift.

If your school allows food, another extension activity would be to have the families make a batch of their cookie recipe with their child and send them in so everyone can try each others favorite cookies.

This poinsettia craft is perfect for your holidays around the world unit, or during the month of December! They look beautiful hanging on the bulletin board or in the hallway!

What’s Included:

There are two different ways to make the poinsettia craftivity.

-Print a black and white page that has all of the pieces to make the poinsettia on it for each student and have them color and assemble the poinsettia.

-Print each of the parts pages on the corresponding color paper accounting for how many students you have, and hand out the parts to the students to cut and assemble.

After the craft is assembled, the students will need a long piece of construction paper to glue on their poinsettia and writing page of your choice. They look adorable displayed in the classroom!

There are 5 writing prompt pages included along with both a writing paper option along with regular a regular lined version.
