Prep is simple and quick for all of these pumpkin week center rotations. To make it even more fun, use these centers with your buddy class!

What’s Included:

There are 7 center rotations included. Table tents for each activity are also included.

1. Pumpkin Patch Scavenger Hunt Write the Room – Tape the picture cards around the room. The students will find them all and write each word.

2. Pumpkin Patch Map Making – The students will get to design/draw and label their own pumpkin patch.

3. Make A Snack – The students will have a pumpkin bread snack. They will also learn how to make the pumpkin bread using the sequencing activities.

4. Pumpkin Seed Measurement – The students will use pumpkin seeds to measure the different items using non-standard measurement.

5. Make A Craft – The students will make a pumpkin craft.

6. Pumpkin 2D Dough Mats – The students will create 2D pumpkin shapes using playdoh to help build fine motor skills..

7. Make A Pumpkin Hat – The students will create a hat to wear showing the life cycle of a pumpkin.

Extra supplies that you will need.

Playdoh and pumpkin bread snack.

This quick-prep Space A to Z write the room center is a perfect way to incorporate movement in your reading / ELA center rotation. This is a great way to allow your students to get up and move about the classroom while being on task. They are a great way to introduce students to new vocabulary too!

Simply tape the 26 space-themed cards around the room. The student will then find each of the cards and write the corresponding words to the matching letter on the included recording sheets.

What’s included:

2 recording sheets – one lined, one handwriting lines.

The winter cards come in both color and black and white printing options

If you use it as a center, laminating is suggested for longer use.

6. Space Dough Mats – The students will create space shapes using playdoh to help build fine motor skills.

7. Make A Future Astronaut Hat – The students will create a future astronaut hat to wear.
