If you are looking for fun, hands-on activities for Earth Day, these engaging Earth Day Centers have you covered!

These Earth Day centers are a fun addition to your Earth Day or recycling unit. Your students will have a great time rotating between the seven center activities included!

What’s Included:

There are 7 center rotations included. There are also table tents for each activity.

11. A-Z Earth Day Scavenger Hunt Write the Room – Tape the picture cards around the room. The students will find them all and write each word A-Z.

2. The 3 R’s Sort– The students will sort the cards into the correct pile between reduce, reuse, and recycle.

3. Make a Snack—The students will create a dirt and worms snack. Instructions for the snack can be found here.

4. Earth Day Measurement – Using non-standard measurement, the students will use Earth shapes to measure the different items.

5. Make A Craft – The students will make an Earth Day craft.

6. Earth Day Dough Mats – The students will create Earth Day shapes using Play-Doh to help build fine motor skills.

7. Make an Earth Day Hat – The students will create a hat to wear for Earth Day.
