These counting mats are a fun hands-on way to practice numbers. The students will help gather the correct number of candies. They can then practice writing the number. Laminate the pages so they can be reused over and over with a dry erase marker.

These work great for math centers and during small groups.

You can use play dough or small puff balls from the craft section. I have also included a page of candy pieces both in color and black and white in case you’d like to use those.
