Backpack Vowel Sort

Description

This long/sort vowel sort is a great hands-on center activity to practice vowel sounds. The students will sort the books into the backpacks depending on whether it is a short vowel or a long vowel word.

Included are 20 books with short and long vowel pictures on them and 2 different recording sheets to hold the students accountable for their center time. On the recording sheets, the student will cut and glue the books onto the correct backpack.. Color and black and white printing options.

Laminating the cards is suggested for durability.
