This strawberry uppercase and lowercase sort is a fun way to incorporate many different learning standards. The intention of this resource is to provide a hands-on learning experience for the students. I have created a DIY garden for the classroom that this resource is intended to be used in. The center is also versatile that you don’t “need” to make the garden if you choose not to.

I have written a blog post with all of the instructions and materials that you will need to make your garden.

In this center, the students will “pick” the lowercase strawberry to match the correct uppercase letter on the basket. There are 2 recording sheets included to keep the students accountable for their center time.
