It gives the new students a chance to see a little piece of their classroom and their teacher for the new year and gets them excited to come back to school. Have you seen the building bricks in the Dollar Spot at Target? They seem to come and go regularly so that’s always a plus. I thought they would be perfect to give to students so they can take them home and play with them.

To make the back to school student gift, print out the labels and cut them out. Add a small number of bricks to the snack bags. Attach the labels to the snack bags using a stapler. Each one of the bags of bricks I bought filled 3 snack bags, so for under $10 you have a super fun and cute little gift to send home with the kids!
Such a fun, easy and quick little surprise to send home with the students.
