Free Printable Birthday Hat
I love celebrating birthdays! At our school, kids are still allowed to bring in a treat to share on their birthday but it has to be prepackaged. I wanted to add something special for the kiddos on their day but keep it low cost for me, so I made this free printable birthday hat for them to wear.

Simply print out the hat, and have the birthday kid color it in. On the back strap, I left it blank. It would be fun to have all of the students sign their names on it, like a card for the birthday kid. During morning work would be a good time to do this, so they get to wear their hat all day and have everyone they pass by tell them Happy Birthday. It makes them feel so special.
During the last 15 minutes of the day, set aside time to have their birthday treat if they bring one in. It makes the celebration quick and easy.
